Events and Confereces

I specialise in professional events and conferences photography not only in Brussels but wherever I am required. I have photographed practically all types of events, from general assemblies to business networking conferences. My style of photography helps my clients to share their messages and stories across all different channels, including their websites, social media, press releases or any other internal use the client may require.
I focus on delivering a friendly and reliable service, with the possibility of same-day delivery of five of the images taken on the day for use on social media, and final delivery within seven working days of the end of the event.

Events and Conferences Photography

When will we receive the photos?

A maximum of five photos can be delivered minutes after the event is over for use on social media for a nominal editing fee – just let me know at the time of booking. After the event, I can usually deliver the photos within seven working days (included in the price of the package). If you require a guaranteed faster delivery of the complete gallery, there may be an additional fee to block the time needed in my diary, please let me know at the time of booking.

Do you provide videography, on-site printing or a photobooth?

I normally only do still photography for events, doing both at the same time almost always compromises the final result, but I sometimes do video interviews and static and I’m also privileged to work very often with videographers.

About on-site printing or a photobooth, I am sorry to say that I don’t offer on-site printing and normally I always invite the client to organise their own photobooth if necessary.

What if I have to cancel or postpone?

This is handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances and how far in advance notice is given, there will be a fee to cover my losses for booking you on the agreed date, which can be up to 100% in the case of very late notice. The full terms and conditions are explained in our reservation contract which is signed prior to confirmation of the event.

What use can we make of the photos?

In all cases, I retain the copyright to all photographs. As standard my photographs of conferences and events are licensed for internal use for ten years for all internal communication purposes: publishing on their websites, social media and newsletters; printing and scanning of internal materials; promotional materials such as printed or digital presentations, video presentations, annual reports, brochures, banners, etc.

If you wish to sell the images or use them in a commercial product, publish them in the press or offer them to third parties, an extended package must be contracted. In my packages, almost everything can be adapted to your specific needs.

How much does event and conference photography cost?

Fees vary depending on what you need, where the event or conference is located and when you need me to attend and the length of the event. Please contact me with more information about your conference or event and what you need from me, and I will prepare a quotation for you. Do you offer photo retouching services?

Complete professional editing and colour correction of all final photos, so that they are ready to use is included in all my packages. If more complicated professional retouching and image modification services are required I work with Cromagnon TV in Barcelona, please contact me with your requirements and we will send you a separate quote for your prior approval.
