When will we receive the photos?
After the session, I can usually deliver the photos within seven working days (included in the price of the package). If you require a guaranteed faster delivery of the complete gallery, there may be an additional fee to block the time needed in my diary, please let me know at the time of booking.
Do you offer photo retouching services?
Complete professional editing and colour correction of all final photos, so that they are ready to use is included in all my packages.
Some images may require a little more finessing for temporary things like blemishes and pimples, but things like heavy facial retouching, wrinkle removal, or body reshaping are not part of my editing. But if you need this type of retouching, I work with Cromagnon TV in Barcelona, please contact me with your requirements and we will send you a separate quote for your prior approval.
This will also make the delivery period of these photos longer than normal.
Do you give instructions on how to pose? I am very unphotogenic
It’s human nature to always look for flaws in ourselves when we look in a mirror, and in the end, photography is nothing more than a mirror to look in.
Most of us aren’t models, so it’s no surprise that the vast majority of people tell me when we first meet that they’re awkward on camera or that they never look good in photos. These are the same people who now fill the galleries on my website with my favourite images.
Yes, I provide instructions whenever necessary, but that doesn’t mean your photos will feel forced or posed; sometimes giving an instruction means letting you know where to look, getting you to do something silly, and capturing a REAL moment showing the real YOU amidst the pre-visualized composition I came up with.
What if I have to cancel or postpone?
This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the circumstances and how far in advance notice is given, there will be a fee to cover my losses for booking you on the agreed date, which can be up to 100% in the case of very late notice.
The full terms and conditions are explained in our reservation contract which is signed prior to confirmation of the event.
Is there a time limit for my portrait session?
No, there is no time limit for your portrait photography session. However, we will need to know how much time to dedicate to your portrait before the day of your photo session.
The average portrait session lasts between one and two hours, depending on whether you would like to be photographed indoors, outdoors or both.
Can I use multiple outfits?
Of course. You can wear as many outfits as you like, but you should limit yourself to two or three. If you are not sure what you want to wear, I can help you choose.
The choice of clothes is up to you, but I recommend clothes and outfits without strong patterns or prints so as not to detract from the face. The most important thing is to feel comfortable and be yourself.
